I am a colleague of Dr Steve Pearlman in Manhattan and had a visible telangiectasia (spider vein) on the my face (right where nose meets cheek). I asked him to remove it for me and he did a great job. It's been about 10 months now and there's absolutely no evidence of the original lesion or the work he did. Found the doctor after a friend recommendation. As far as credentials go - the walls are covered with it. I think 2 board certifications, patents etc. I had 3 visits so far. On the first visit I waited about 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be placed into a room. Then an Ultrasound Tech came in (a pretty nice guy) and did a study of what he explain was to test for "reflux"....
I am looking for any input I can get in this procedure. I have had the procedure before, , but only in the veins in my legs. I am extremely happy with my current doctor, I am just interested in having sclerotherapy on my feet now. I would like any and all reviews or input that anyone may have if they have had this procedure done to their feet? I look forward to any opinions you may have...
